Part of the difficulty that comes with these roles is fording responsibility for more than oneself. We're all partners, and in that sense, we have to work in tandem. Damian still hasn't learned that lesson fully, as becomes apparent whenever the two of us disagree and come to blows, but he is learning, and that's encouraging in of itself.
